Our Story

A family's question became a community's purpose

helvorens grew from a personal experience. When our founders found themselves searching for a residential care option that felt genuinely warm — rather than clinical or impersonal — they could not find quite what they were looking for in Bangkok. Most facilities felt either too medical in atmosphere or too loosely attended.

In 2014, they opened a small residence in the Thonglor area with eight residents and a team of five. The intention was simple: create a home where a senior person could live with ease and dignity, attended by people who genuinely knew them.

Over the years, helvorens has grown carefully and deliberately. We have never expanded faster than our ability to maintain the quality of attention that defines us. Today we serve residents across three levels of care — from those who value independence with community nearby, to those who require continuous nursing support.

Our team includes nurses, physiotherapists, dietitians, activity coordinators, and family liaisons. What connects them is not just professional skill but a shared patience — a willingness to move at the pace of each person they care for.

Our Mission

To create residential environments where older adults feel known, respected, and at ease — where each day holds possibility and each person's individuality is honoured.

Our Vision

A senior residential community where the standard of care, the quality of daily life, and the depth of human connection set a meaningful example for the wider region.

Our Values

  • Patience above efficiency
  • Transparency with families at every stage
  • Continuous learning and professional growth
  • Respect for cultural background and personal history

Standards We Uphold

Quality in every detail

From clinical procedures to daily meals, our standards are reviewed regularly and adapted wherever we can do better.

Licensed Nursing Practice

All nursing staff hold active licences from the Thailand Nursing and Midwifery Council and participate in continuing education relevant to geriatric and palliative care.

Dietary & Nutritional Standards

Meal plans across all tiers are reviewed by a registered dietitian and adapted for age-related dietary needs, cultural preferences, and individual medical requirements.

Privacy & Data Protection

Resident health records, family communications, and personal information are managed in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Safety & Emergency Preparedness

The facility follows fire safety codes and emergency evacuation protocols reviewed and updated annually. All staff undergo regular safety and first-response drills.

Documented Care Planning

Every resident has a written care plan, reviewed at least monthly and after any change in health status. Family members receive written summaries and are involved in any significant adjustments.

Continuous Feedback Culture

We invite families and residents to share feedback formally and informally. Feedback shapes how we adjust our services — we see it as an ongoing conversation rather than a formality.

Our Approach to Senior Residential Care in Bangkok

Where attentiveness becomes a daily practice

Senior residential care in Bangkok has changed considerably over the past decade. Families increasingly seek environments that blend genuine human warmth with the structure and expertise of a professional care setting. helvorens was built to answer that need — offering residential care that feels like a home while being staffed and equipped to meet complex needs as they arise.

Our location in Watthana places residents close to a network of hospitals and specialists while remaining in one of Bangkok's most established residential neighbourhoods. For international families relocating a parent or grandparent to Thailand, we provide English-language communication, clear billing practices, and consistent care management throughout.

What distinguishes helvorens within Bangkok's senior care landscape is not the breadth of our facility but the depth of our attentiveness. We keep our resident numbers deliberately limited so that every team member can know every resident — by name, by habit, by preference, and by history.

Families who entrust a loved one to our care are not handing them over — they are joining a small, considered community. That distinction shapes everything from how we communicate, how we plan activities, and how we approach even the most ordinary moments of daily life.
